  • Workout of the Day

    Reserved for our competitors who want to build a solid foundation to compete in the Sport of CrossFit.

  • Jacked Rabbit

    Our Flagship program that balances aesthetics, function, and longevity. Great for athletes looking to improve body composition, while maintaining a high level of fitness. Designed to go hand in hand with our Team Running Program, or as a stand-alone program for health and longevity.

  • Team Running

    A detailed run program designed by Coach Josh Gibson. The exact programming Josh uses to peak for local races and endurance events (Such as: Running of the Elk (1/2 Marathon), California International Marathon, Run 4 Hunger 5k, Elk Grove Turkey Trot 10k).

  • Morning Mono (Monostructural)

    Build a solid aerobic base utilizing low intensity, long duration cardio, designed to increase your ability to sustain long bouts of cardio endurance. Run, bike, swim, and skiing are all programmed into the mix. Cardio doesn’t have to be boring.
