The Faster Stronger Project Story
Faster Stronger Project was created to fill a void in the endurance community.
We wanted to build an all-inclusive training program and community for endurance enthusiasts who want it all.
🏋️♀️ Strength and Speed 👟
In 2013 we launched 🚀 our very first program in South Carolina. The results were amazing! Runners not only got stronger but continued to see more PRs with less running volume. Members who were new to running found the transition into the endurance realm quite easy after only 1 training cycle.
Here we are 7 years later, in California, with an amazing TEAM who race, train and travel together.
Our Program is now available to everyone via SugarWOD app on your smartphone. SugarWOD is a community-based platform allowing athletes from all over to connect and participate in the daily workout.
Daily Workouts: include coach's brief videos, warmups, strength, and conditioning, running workouts, and accessory work 7 days a week!
We are Runners, OCR racers, cyclists, triathletes, moms, dads, and everything in between.

Our Flagship program that balances aesthetics, function, and longevity. Great for athletes looking to improve body composition, while maintaining a high level of fitness. Designed to go hand in hand with our Team Running Program, or as a stand-alone program for health and longevity.

Team Running
A detailed run program designed by Coach Josh Gibson. The exact programming Josh uses to peak for local races and endurance events (Such as: Running of the Elk (1/2 Marathon), California International Marathon, Run 4 Hunger 5k, Elk Grove Turkey Trot 10k).

Morning Mono (Monostructural)
Build a solid aerobic base utilizing low intensity, long duration cardio, designed to increase your ability to sustain long bouts of cardio endurance. Run, bike, swim, and skiing are all programmed into the mix. Cardio doesn’t have to be boring.
